The night of April 20, 2018, settlers from Kiryat Arba settlement, east of Hebron city, stoned a bus transporting Palestinian students.
Settlers started throwing stones when the bus reached a main road east of the settlement. Ahmed Moahmamed Noaman, 13 years old, was wounded in the face and taken to the hospital in Hebron.
The students attend Karmel School in Yatta. They were on their way home from a school picnic.
Head of Yatta’s Education Department Khaled Abu Sharar called the attack “a dangerous and grave violation that threatened the lives of dozens of students.” He calls on all relevant authorities to stop the settler violence.
